Carrie is a Holistic Health Coach who helps women achieve optimal health and wellness, by taking control of their lives, through simple food and lifestyle changes. Carrie has been a registered nurse since 2001.  Caring for patients with chronic and acute illness at their bedside.  Carrie started her coaching practice to help women with chronic illness get their health and wellness under control.


Having Carrie come into our office for a lunch and learn about Inflammation was fantastic!  Everyone loved the information she provided but she also created a comfortable learning environment that fostered lots of questions and conversation that left everyone wanting her to come back.  Our hope is to have you back on a regular basis.
